Gwennie Gwennie Open PMOSense
Built from real PCOS experience

Built PMOSense for PCOS & irregular cycles.

I created PMOSense to make cycle and fertility tracking feel simpler, calmer, and easier to understand — with LH test scans, BBT, symptoms, cycle insights, and ovulation predictions in one place.

Built independently by Gwennie as a personal weekend project inspired by her own PCOS and fertility journey. Designed with modern technology and a clean, calm aesthetic. PMOSense is currently free to use on the App Store and as a web app while it continues to grow.

Why I built it

Built from real PCOS and fertility struggles.

I built PMOSense because I personally struggled with PCOS (now increasingly referred to as PMOS), irregular cycles, and the emotional stress of trying to conceive while not understanding what my body was doing.

Even with medical support, I still felt confused, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my own cycle. I was tracking things across notes, apps, photos, and temperature logs but never felt like I had a clear picture.

Over time, I started building my own tracking system to better understand patterns in my cycle, ovulation, LH tests, symptoms, and fertility signs.

PMOSense started as a personal weekend project for myself — and eventually became something I wanted to share with other women going through similar experiences.

My hope is that PMOSense can help women feel a little more informed, supported, and less alone in their fertility journey.
